Richmond Apartments

This is a purpose built detached 3 storey block to the south of Richmond Square constructed in 2002 and refurbished in 2012. It provides 28 double bedroom apartments in total.

Richmond Square

Set in between the student areas of Roath and Cathays, Richmond Square is the ultimate in urban living. Construction started in 2010 by Carter Lauren Construction Ltd. The square has been cleverly designed, with the use of glass, timber and render to create a light and contemporary building. The Richmond Square collection contains 13 luxury studios, 9 luxury duplex studios, 38 quality one bedroom apartments and 5 top of the range 2 bed duplex apartments. Each is designed with an open plan living area offering a bright and inviting interior space, modular integrated kitchens and sleek ’Porcelenosa’ bathrooms. 

Empire House

Empire House has, over the years, become an iconic landmark within Mount Stuart Square in Cardiff Bay. Fully refurbished, the Grade II* listed building has been transformed into 37 luxury apartments. Originally built by Cardiff architects Percy Thomas and Ivor Jones in 1926, Empire House was the vision of Commander Charles E Evans, chairman of Evans and Reid - one of the largest coal exports in Wales. It has historical significance within the capital, which led to it achieving listed status in 1991. The Love Property Group began developing this project in 2012 and construction was completed by R& M Williams.

Cathedral Parc

In 2014, the developers appointed LCB Construction Ltd to start their next project – Cathedral Parc - a Neo Gothic Victorian Mansion, transformed into 14 apartments. Set on the edge of Cardiff’s central parkland, Cathedral Parc combines classic Victorian architecture with smart design and modern convenience. Offering 14 stunning properties from one and two bedroom duplex apartments to light and spacious park view apartments, all finished to the highest standard.
