MAINTENANCE

Having worked in the industry for over 18 years Keylet is continuously trying to improve its service and maintain good value for our clients.

Our 24/7 online maintenance system assists tenants with all issues and can enable us to send contractors as soon as possible.

In order to have direct control of our contractors and works, we have now also expanded our internal maintenance team which is proving beneficial to our clients.

Our qualified and experienced maintenance contractors are managed closely by our Maintenance Manager who is on hand to ensure the highest customer care is carried out at all times.

IT'S GOOD TO KNOW YOU'RE COVERED

We know how difficult it can be when something isn't working. This is why we have designed and developed our state of the art online maintenance reporting system to make the whole process easier.

Simply log on to your home page by clicking on the link in the sidebar and follow the prompts. The more information you can give us the better, it all helps to make sure we can pin point the problem quicker.

When reporting maintenance use your initiative, we’re not expecting you to get you tool box out and get to work but we do need you to provide us with accurate feedback and to be realistic with your expectations.

Be clear on what you are responsible for (i.e light bulbs, unblocking sinks) and act accordingly.

Our in house maintenance team enables us to ensure that works are carried out on all managed properties once a maintenance query has been reported to us. We have seen a vast improvement in the response time for works to be completed and the direct feedback from our team ensures that the Maintenance Manager can report back to the tenants immediately.

We strive to respond to all non emergency issues within 48 hours and will provide you with a full assessment of the problem and an expected time frame for resolution.

Gas Tech have been working with Keylet for many years, this family run business is our dedicated out of hours contractor. Chris ensures completion of all Unvented Cylinder & Gas Safety Checks at the properties as well as minimising any risks of Legionella.

Keylet are continuously trying to raise the standard of student accommodation and by having an in house team it has enabled us to carry out and manage refurbishments for landlords resulting in a higher rental income.
